I seem to attract bad customer service. Not a week goes by that some crazy - if not ridiculous - customer service fiasco happens. For a long time I would get really frustrated. But after a while I realized that some of my best funny stories are the ones about the poor customer service I've received. Some of them even make me laugh now. And that's why I started this website.
